Our destination is Tourism Village Jatimulyo, where we are welcomed with open arms by the friendly locals. Here, we engage in immersive activities that bring us closer to the culture and traditions of the region. We roast coffee beans, savoring the delightful aroma and flavor of freshly brewed coffee. We become beekeepers for a day, learning about the unique klanceng bees and tasting their delicious honey. We then delve into the art of making palm sugar, a centuries-old tradition that reveals the region's rich heritage. To wrap up this day of cultural exploration, we visit the breathtaking Kembang Soka Waterfall, surrounded by lush greenery and the tranquil sound of cascading water. It's a day of connection and appreciation for Yogyakarta's local life and natural wonders.

Witness the magical sunrise from either Bukit Panguk or Buah Mangunan Park, where the sky transformed into a canvas of pink and gold hues. Following this celestial spectacle, we ventured to the whimsical Seribu Batu Songgo Langit or Rumah Hobbit, where the hobbit-inspired houses and lush gardens ignited our imaginations, creating a world of wonder. Our journey continued in the tranquil embrace of the Mangunan Pine Forest, a sanctuary of towering pine trees and fresh forest air. This peaceful haven left us awestruck by nature's beauty. Finally, we made our way to the picturesque Indrayanti Beach, where we soaked in the crystal-clear waters and reveled in the idyllic coastal scenery, further cementing our love for Yogyakarta's natural wonders.

Our final day in Yogyakarta begins with a visit to the magnificent Keraton Yogyakarta, the royal palace, where we marvel at its historical significance and architectural grandeur. Just a stone's throw away, we discovered Taman Sari, the elegant water castle, once a retreat for the sultans, with its intricate design and serene pools offering a glimpse into the opulence of a bygone era. After a delightful local lunch, we meandered through the bustling Malioboro Street, a vibrant market brimming with a diverse array of traditional crafts and souvenirs, making it impossible for us to resist the urge to collect.
